"I was hungry" - Young man caught and chained in Imo after breaking into shop to steal packs of noodles, other food items.

A suspected thief was apprehended after he broke into a shop in Umuka, Okigwe and stole packs of noodles and other food items.

 

On interrogation, the suspect confessed to the crime, adding that he was hungry.
